Philippines: tragedy at fishport five killed

How it happened? Why it happened? its all on the nations leading text based news site- below when it comes to the news online – trust em to get it first nearly all the time.

Unless I get the story first. (but then I always email them a copy of my blog!) 

Story seems to be a clasisc case of a greater need for more safety in ports and piers – but – having been to the port of zambo a few times – I can say the PPA does a good job of running a tight ship on the area. 

This may have been just a freak accident – tragic and sad as they are…
